Board games meet the digital world
A new vision
Every Nex Board game can be played in two modes.
Classic mode: players use a physical game board placed in the middle of the table, together with the pocket books and the other game components.
Digital mode: the physical game board is replaced by a web-based game board that can be used on a computer, tablet, or smart TV. The digital game board does not turn the game into a video game or immerse players in virtual reality. It is a visual and functional tool for managing scenarios, positions, paths, and other elements of the game.

Younger players can enter rich and engaging narrative worlds, while adults can rediscover the pleasure of games that focus more on strategy than action.
The rules are designed to offer depth without requiring an excessive number of components. The experience can vary in complexity, but the tools needed remain few and simple, making it easier for different generations to enjoy the game together.
From concept to table
What is Tabixel
Tabixel began with a question:
Can the narrative depth of an epic story and the connection that develops among players around a table be combined with the flexibility and convenience of a digital game board?
That question led to Tabixel: a game experience that brings different elements together, while technology remains a tool rather than taking center stage.
On the one hand, there is hands-on interaction with physical game components and the presence of the players; on the other, the dynamism and possibilities offered by digital tools.
We are not tied to the past. We embrace the digital world without giving up what makes a game among friends special: the people sitting around the same table.
The digital component simplifies setup and makes scenario management more flexible. The rest remains deeply human: reading, considering possible tactics, interpreting your role, reading your opponent, and finding the right strategy to win.

We do more than design rules or components. We imagine and create game experiences in which storytelling, strategy, physical materials, and digital tools can work together as a coherent whole.
